Mohammed and Valentine were so friendly and helpful that they made the stay feel like a five star experience for me and my family. Mohammed was especially useful, showing me how to get around the city and where to exchange money into Uzbeki SOM. The building is lovely and the hotel is very clean. There's a little garden with two persimmon trees, and the breakfast was good too. Korzinka supermarket and the subway are both within walking distance, so it's family friendly. I do wish the toilets had a bidet or water gun, since those are more hygienic than toilet paper.

The staff are cooperative, and the neighborhood is great. It's a very clean, professional hotel, and I'll definitely come back to stay here.

We were leaving early for a train and the staff kindly packed us a boxed breakfast. They were helpful, and you can get a SIM card at reception. The room was very clean with good air conditioning. It's in a pleasant residential area, with restaurants close enough to walk to.

Avoid this hotel. My stay in Uzbekistan was the worst I've had, with rude staff, overcharging, and attempts to scam me. The rooms were dirty and didn't match what was advertised. I strongly advise travelers to stay somewhere else. Best regards, Ahmed Al-Harrasi from Oman
