The relaxation area was a highlight: the pool, sauna and hammam were magnificent. Every request was taken care of in seconds, and Fuzliddin and Elhom were especially friendly and professional. We had an unforgettable eight days here. The place was incredibly clean and cozy, with the sort of comfort that made us feel at home and service at a very high level. It's on a quiet street, so we slept well, yet the city center is only a 15-minute walk away. I travel a lot and have stayed in many hotels, but this one deserves five stars. Ten out of ten, and we'll definitely come back and recommend it to everyone!

We loved the quiet street, where we could sleep in, and the hotel is conveniently located with everything we needed within walking distance. The rooms were spotless and cozy. We spent eight unforgettable days at the Violet Hotel in Tashkent and highly recommend it for its hospitality and service. Fazliddin and Ilkhom were true professionals and helped with all our questions. The pool, sauna and hammam are reserved privately for each room, which gives a sense of privacy but is something to consider when planning your stay. Thanks to the Violet Hotel team for the warm welcome. We'll definitely return!

The room was a good size, with modern furnishings, a comfortable bathroom and good hot water pressure. We had breakfast there, at this hotel affiliated with Grand Caravan, and everything was fine during our few days. It's a little outside the center, closer to the airport, but taxis make that easy. A pleasant park with ponds and the Safia café are within walking distance. I lowered my rating because we saw a cockroach on our last day 🥲 and because there was dusty construction nearby, though neither issue was the hotel's fault.

We didn't try the breakfast or pool, so I can't speak to those. Our room was beside the breakfast area, though, and the scraping of tables and chairs was very clear at 7 a.m. It wasn't pleasant. Staff should avoid putting guests there last, though rooms elsewhere may not have that problem. The WiFi was basically unusable for me. I couldn't load any websites and had to use my own internet, which seems like an easy thing for a hotel to fix, but for some reason it never happened. For the price, this is a pretty good, simple hotel without major flaws, especially given how unreasonable prices in Tashkent have become lately. The room was large and fresh, with a wardrobe, nightstands, a big bed, kettle, fridge, TV, balcony and air conditioning. Everything worked, and the furniture was fresh. The mattress was firm, which my wife and I prefer. Staff were very pleasant and even offered us a free extension until the evening. The center, train station and airport are all about a 15-minute taxi ride away.
