Myah's Luxury Suites Hotel

My daughter and I had a wonderful spa day here, with a relaxing atmosphere and setup. Our tech was amazing and professional. I've enjoyed Myahs events and services twice this month now, including the old/new years party. We'll be back!

We visited twice, and both times were really disappointing. There were only two servers on a busy night, and we waited over 15-20 minutes without anyone coming to our table. Nobody greeted us when we came in, so we ended up leaving without being served.

The staff seemed completely disengaged and unsure how to handle a birthday dinner. I know singing and clapping along are voluntary, but with four of us dining, I at least expected a birthday song and clap, plus balloons on the chairs as promised when I booked. Instead, there was nothing in the presentation, and when I complained they pointed out two balloons hanging from the restaurant's 10-foot ceiling. Even though only two tables were occupied that evening, the food took forever to arrive. If you go, expect staff who seem uninterested and clueless. I hope you enjoy the food.

The cocktails were inventive and full of flavor, a real highlight, and every dish was delicious. We were welcomed and seated straight away, then got quick service and food without much of a wait. The clean setting and friendly, professional staff made for a great evening at Islanders. The music was a little too loud, but it didn't spoil the experience.
