The staff are awesome and the hotel is clean and nice. It could use some upgrades, like more three-hole electrical outlets, but I had a very good stay.

I stay here whenever I fly into Caracas. The restaurant downstairs is excellent, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. They also run a shuttle to and from the airport. Some staff speak English, which helps if you’re not fluent in Spanish.

The included airport transportation is the best part, especially if you’re staying here to catch a flight. It’s covered by the room payment, which is great. The hotel is comfortable for a day or two, the restaurant is really good, and the service is excellent too.

It’s clean and feels safe, with a laid back atmosphere and great attention. The restaurant has improved a lot lately. This isn’t a luxury hotel, but for the price, the value is excellent. Can’t beat it.
