Anita and Stevie made our group feel right at home, and they were wonderful hosts. There were 11 of us celebrating a birthday, and the food, service, and grounds were all stellar. We'll definitely be back!

There are plenty of plants and shady spots to relax in after the beach, and the guesthouse is quiet and very well kept. Our room had fresh towels, warm water, and air conditioning, and the traditional breakfasts were delicious. The owners were lovely and accommodating, doing everything they could to make us feel at home. We had a great time and can really recommend staying here.

The breakfast was a real treat, with fresh fruit, juice, tea and coffee, plus croissants with jam or hot ones filled with ham, tomato, and melted cheese. The rooms were comfortable and very clean, with good air conditioning and decent shower pressure. This is a lovely building with character, and even the room doors are beautiful. It has a relaxed, casual feel that suits the area. The couple running the place were friendly and helpful, and even arranged airport transfers without any fuss. The location felt safe and was only a few minutes' walk from the beach. It really is a 'Wonderland', and I'd highly recommend staying here.

The five minute walk to the beach is easy, and the breakfasts were delightful, with so much food that I barely needed anything else during the day except fresh oysters or cocadas on the beach. I traveled solo, but I never felt alone when I wanted company. Stefan, Anita, Greta, and the team welcomed me warmly and became part of my extended travel family. Stevie Wonderland is the best posada I've stayed at, and I've been lucky enough to travel to many places. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with good air conditioning and hot showers. Books and personal touches make them feel like home instead of generic hotel rooms. Each room has its own decor, with items from Stefan and Anita's travels. Around the property, there are lovely plants, hammocks, and a pool at the center for cooling off on hot days. The intimate, personal, homey atmosphere made this a true home away from home in the Yaque area of Isla Margarita. I can't wait to visit again. Thanks for the wonderful memories, my Isla Margarita Family!
