The staff at Acuarela were incredibly warm and helpful, and went out of their way to look after us. When my partner felt sick, they helped us, made special food, and arranged things so we could be more comfortable. We were blown away by that care. The chef was amazing. Every dish was just right, including the delicious ice chest lunches they packed for the beach. The place was even more beautiful than the photos. I spent ages reading blogs and reviews before picking it, and it didn't disappoint. I'd give them 6 stars if I could, and we'll definitely stay again.

The staff at Hotel Acuarela welcomed us warmly as soon as we arrived. They were kind and professional throughout, and manager Luigi was always around, attentive to the details and making sure things went smoothly. He made us feel welcome and special. We loved the food. The kitchen and dining room staff were impeccable, and each meal had fresh, tasty options. The quality was exceptional, the service impeccable, and we appreciated how carefully each dish was presented. The rooms were spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated. The grounds were lovely too, with a simple, peaceful feel across the complex. Our stay in Los Roques was unforgettable. Thank you to the whole team at Hotel Acuarela for making it so special. Francesca and I can't wait to return for this unique experience.
