The hotel is in a central spot, but you'll need transport to get to restaurants or supermarkets. Traki is about four blocks away, and the streets feel very dark and deserted at night. There's a pretty church across the road that's worth seeing. Staff were helpful: they pressed a shirt for me for 2000 COP and suggested a taxi service I used around San Cristóbal. I was in room 307 on the third floor for two nights. It was clean, carefully set up, and quite nice, with a Smart TV, air conditioning, a sofa, a mini-fridge, and a desk. The Wi-Fi barely reached and was extremely slow. The hotel has no generator, and the power went out about five times during my stay. One outage lasted almost four hours. Since I needed to work, I had to take a taxi to find a restaurant where I could sit down.
