We’ve stayed at Ocean View twice and already can’t wait to return. Nigel and Karen are so welcoming, and Jost Van Dyke has just the right mix of lively fun and quiet time away. The rooms are spacious and have everything you need for a relaxing visit. It’s also perfectly placed between White Bay and Foxy’s, with spectacular views.

From the balcony, we loved looking out over the harbor and the boats. My wife and I spent three nights at Ocean View Villas and had a great time in the newest room, which was spotless and had everything we needed. You can walk to everything, though getting to either beach means tackling a steep hill. That’s part of what makes the view so good, and we’d happily stay here again next time.

The huge patio was a highlight, with its lounge chairs, dining table, and incredible views of great Harbour. We stayed in the two-bedroom villa in April 2025 and had a wonderful visit. The unit was very clean and well stocked, and Nigel and Karen made sure we had everything we needed. It’s a remarkable location, and we’re looking forward to coming back.

We rented a jeep from Karen & Nigel and had a great time exploring the whole island. The balcony breeze was lovely and made it easy to relax, and the location and view are both amazing. We’d taken day trips here many times, but this was our first time staying on the island. Karen & Nigel were great hosts, and this Villa will not disappoint.

Ocean View Villa is now our home away from home for holidays or a quick getaway on Jost Van Dyke. We’ve visited many times before, but wanted a different kind of stay, and Karen assured me we’d found it. She was absolutely right. My husband and I spent two days there for our first visit, and it was a great experience. The villa was clean and had all the amenities we needed. The view over Great Harbour, with boats coming in and the nearby islands across the open channel, was spectacular. Karen, the owner, was friendly and courteous.
