Tru by Hilton Bac Giang City Centre

I spent some time in the common area playing pool, a nice way to unwind that gave the place a relaxed, almost communal feel. Breakfast had plenty of fresh-tasting choices. I'd only suggest keeping bacon separate from the other food to prevent cross-contamination, since some guests may avoid pork, and adding clearer labels for dietary needs. My room was clean, simple, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged, with the fresh, lively design details I like at Tru properties. I had a mountain view too, and watching the sunset from the window was a highlight. The staff were warm, smiling, and helpful whenever I needed anything. The reception looked clean and modern when I arrived. The location is handy for meals, with plenty of restaurants and cafés a short walk away. There's not much else to do nearby, but the comfort of the hotel made up for that. I had no other complaints. The stay was smooth and more enjoyable than I'd expected, and the staff's kindness made it memorable. I'd happily return on my next trip to Bac Giang. Thanks to all of them.

This newly converted Hilton hotel in the region is clean and modern, and the staff are especially helpful. Worth the money. I'll be back soon.

A very good location for a business trip, and the reception staff speak good English.

The buffet area is spacious, and having board games and a pool table is a nice extra. Staff were friendly and helpful, and there are lots of local places to eat nearby. The room felt bigger than the one I stayed in at Tru by Hilton Viet Tri, which I tried during the Hung Kings’ Festival and thought was pretty good. This time I chose the Bac Giang hotel and was pleasantly surprised, since Bac Giang was nicer than I expected. It's conveniently close to Vincom, supermarkets, and a cinema. A good option for business travelers.
