The room was okay and clean, but the place felt risky. The desk was NEVER occupied, and guests took their keys by themselfs. Service was non existing. They didn’t even make a call to the bus station for me, and English not exists. They overcharged 20k D/small buttle for too many bottles of drinking water that are usually complementary. First time I must rate a VN hotel.so bad.
The staff charged me too much for the wrong room, and their customer service was terrible. They weren’t helpful if you’re a backpacker or traveler, and their English was very limited. I asked the front desk for a taxi quote to Tac Say Church, which should have been $300-400 VND, but they tried to charge $900 VND. Beware Of this place.
The place was clean enough, but it isn’t worth the money and the staff were unfriendly. If the power goes off, the water goes off too, which could leave you in a bad spot if you’ve just started showering. Don’t stay here if you have another option.
The price is reasonable and the rooms look quite nice, but there’s a cleaning smell. Service isn’t very good.
Everything was okay, but when I asked for boiling water, the hotel couldn’t provide it.
