The breakfast buffet was delicious, and the room was roomy. I also appreciated the laundry service, and the staff were great, easy to talk to, and accommodating. The built-in heater in the air conditioner came in handy when it got unexpectedly cold during my visit. My main gripe was the mattress, which was extremely firm, even though the pillows were soft and comfortable. If there aren't other rooms with softer beds, I'd suggest replacing the mattresses. That would make it a five-star stay for me. Thanks for everything.
