They charged more than the price shown on Agoda. My first night was in a windowless room, and when I asked to move, they wanted extra money. I checked another hotel nearby and found cleaner rooms with balconies for less. When I returned to Center Hotel to ask for a refund, they refused, but offered to put me in a room with a window.

The room was really nice and the hotel was good value. I have no complaints about the hotel itself, but it's in the middle of nowhere.

The hotel is in a secluded area, and the staff's attitude was disrespectful. Their behavior was annoying.

The buffet was decent, and the meeting room was clean.

The service was poor, and the staff came across as arrogant. The chefs acted like everything was incredibly clean. I wouldn't stay here.
