The place was clean and conveniently located, though breakfast was just average. The round table couldn't seat all six of us at once, and some service details could be better. I hope the welcome feels warmer next time and makes my trip more enjoyable.

The elevator was super fast, and the rooms were pretty good. The hotel is quite nice and sits right in the center of the old Bac Ninh city. These days the names are all based on communes and wards, so I haven't had time to update them. I only spent one night there and didn't get to experience much, but it was okay overall.

They never contacted guests, and didn't wait when they couldn't reach them. Instead, they put all the guests' belongings in the first floor lobby without permission. The service was terrible, and the hotel was extremely rude.
