4/10
The location was convenient, with a supermarket and small mall right next door, and the staff were sincere. Snacks and drinks in the mini fridge were complimentary. But it was hard to get a good night's rest. The hallways and room were dark, and the corridors felt creepy and quiet at night. There were cobwebs on the shower ceiling, the heater took ages, and the water temperature kept swinging between hot and cold. I asked for extra pillows but got only half as many as I requested, and the ones they brought had a dead ant and hair on them. There was no iron or ironing board. Road horns were constantly audible, and the poor soundproofing also meant hearing other guests and staff speaking loudly as early as 6 am. Staff had very limited English, which made communication difficult.

The regular room was a little small, but comfortable enough and had the facilities I needed. It was clean, in a good location, and the staff were very friendly and flexible about check-in and check-out times.

I'd give it 4.5 stars! The staff were great, and we enjoyed both the stay and the location. Everything was very clean, including the bathroom, and the beds were comfortable.
