The floating market tour is worth recommending. At check-in, they said there’d been an error on booking.com, which felt a bit strange. Maybe they want to avoid the site’s fees and negative reviews, but that’s just my guess. The bed was somewhat hard. Still, the hostel was okay overall, neither great nor terrible.

The location and tour are good, and the place does the job, but I wouldn’t stay more than a night or two. Cleanliness is questionable. I’m sure they clean, but it seems the young staff haven’t been shown how to do it thoroughly. The place is falling into disrepair, with broken or loose taps and locks, and a fresh coat of paint would help. There’s hardly anywhere to hang things in the bathroom, which is impractical. There’s no light in the room, either. The lockers are awkward to use and require a deposit, which is annoying given how flimsy they are.

My bed was filthy and smelled bad. I was afraid of bed bugs and couldn’t sleep, so I kept the light on all night and changed hotels the next day. They cancel your reservation on booking if your payment card doesn’t work properly, then ask you to pay cash. That way you can’t leave them a review through booking. Be careful, absolutely avoid this awful hostel!

I got bites from the bed, so I don’t recommend this place. They also cancel bookings on the website, which means people can’t leave bad reviews. Super suspicious... 😑

The dorm and bathroom weren’t very clean, but they were okay. The Floating Market Tour was incredible! 😍
