Horizon Village Dalat

The outside is the best part: it feels cozy, though some areas still look unfinished. Inside, there were chips all over the walls, painted in several shades of green as if someone had tried to patch them. The room fridge didn’t work, and when my husband and I pulled it out to see if we could turn it up, we found multiple masks and leaves behind the chair and fridge. The TV also didn’t work, though staff replaced it quickly. We only had “warm” water on the first day, and the door’s safety latch had been broken off and never replaced. The pool was drained, which might be normal for that time of year in DaLat, but I’m not sure. The restaurant wasn’t operating either. I emailed to check whether I could pay by Visa, but got no reply. I only learned at checkout that they accepted Vietcom bank or cash. I’d choose somewhere else if I went back to DaLat.
