The worst place I've stayed. The room and the guests were a mess, with people shouting until 5-6 am and smoking in the alley. People tried my door three times and got it open twice. I had $300 in a safety pocket in my bag, and it was there when I first checked the room. When I left on the last day, it was gone, even though I'd left the bag in my locked room. I'm furious. Staff acted like they didn't understand when something went wrong. They said they'd booked us a bus to Ho Chi Minh and told us to return in two hours. We did, but when the bus came they gave our seats to someone else and pretended they didn't know us. Just one bad experience after another.

The female staff were sweet and the hotel itself was OK, but I was robbed while staying here. A Vietnamese guy called David Khanh brought people from Ho Chi Minh City specifically to this hotel and stole their credit cards. I think he may have been working with one of the male staff, since people I know also mysteriously lost their cards. Be careful.
