The only snag was that the Wi-Fi stopped working properly, though it didn't bother us much. We enjoyed our stay, had all the amenities we needed, and were very close to the beach. Our room also had a lovely view.

The bungalows are lovely and only a short walk from the beach, but there aren't any sunbeds, which was disappointing. The most annoying part was a 25k Dong laundry charge on my final bill. When I asked about it, they said it was for a dirty towel and showed me a photo with a bit of makeup on it. I was confused because I thought the towels were free to use. It's only about 80pence (UK), but it's the principle.

Really airy, spacious room, and a super central spot for food and tourist attractions. The price was reasonable and the staff were enthusiastic.

The room price is good, and the windows have nice views. Some rooms even have balconies. But the furnishings are dated and the TV doesn't work. The outlets are far from the bed, so using a laptop means sitting on the floor. Staff aren't always at the lobby desk, so you have to call if you need something. The listed prices for included services feel high and unsatisfactory. If you complain about the cost, they have a bad attitude and make you serve yourself even though you've paid.
