The host was quick to respond and friendly, and communication was easy since the receptionists spoke basic English well. Getting a Grab to the city center, about a 10-20 minute drive, was also easy. They set up a beautiful anniversary surprise that went beyond what we expected. Breakfast was delicious each day, and housekeeping came daily. We really liked the sauna. The bathtub fits two adults, but takes about an hour to fill, and I'd test the jets before getting in. The host recommended a driver who was helpful, supplied water, helped us with attractions and the local language, and took great photos. You’ll need the Zalo app to message him.

The room with the sauna was great, with large windows looking out at the surrounding hills and a very comfortable bed. We also stayed in a small room on -1, and that one had a strong mold smell, no aircon, and a hard mattress. We had to sleep with the outside door open, which wasn't ideal. There were the expected noises from around 3 babies in the small nursery the management runs on the ground floor. Roosters were right next door, and construction was happening 20 meters down the street. We enjoyed the sauna room, but the hospitality didn't feel very good.

We were happy with our stay overall. Room 101 had a lovely direct view of the valley and distant mountains, and the room was clean and well equipped. We spent 02 nights here with family. My children loved playing with the very good and cute dog. Breakfast had limited choices but was acceptable. The main room door doesn't close tightly, so it makes noise when the wind is strong.

A little far out, but worth it, and Grab is cheap. Beautiful views, and the Jacuzzi and other things worked. hehe
