The rooms were spacious, had the usual amenities, and housekeeping was very prompt. There was a fan in the room, and both the hot water pressure and temperature were good. We got a nice off-peak rate. The hotel looks grand and sits a little away from the night market, so it avoids the nighttime noise and crowds. There’s a shortcut to the markets, although it can be dark at night. Breakfast was average on quieter days, but usually had a better selection on weekends. We had a wonderful stay.

Watch out for the lower-floor rooms: some have no windows, while others face the wall of the next building when you open the window. They didn’t tell us this before we booked. With consecutive bookings, the rooms can’t be changed, and they charge the regular rate. I’d choose somewhere else and wouldn’t stay here again. At other hotels, managers may move guests between rooms as a service for a consecutive stay. Here, the manager asked for the regular hotel rate to change rooms, even though the booking wasn’t at that rate. They were unkind and seemed focused on extra charges. Don’t let this place spoil your vacation.

Iris dalat hotel 🏨 ♥️ was a really pleasant surprise. The rooms were spotless and had everything I could want from a hotel in the heart of dalat. For what we got, it was one of the best-priced hotels we stayed at during our three weeks in vietnam 🇻🇳 😀. The staff were super helpful and friendly, and they provided underground parking for our car 🚗 😀. Iris dalat hotel checked every box for me, and I’d highly recommend it.

The location is central and the buffet was nice. We loved the room size, and they were kind enough to upgrade us. The sales girl 'My' was really sweet and helpful!

The hotel was just okay. The bathroom didn’t have enough towels or a disposer near the toilet, and water wouldn’t drain after using the toilet washer. Customer service wasn’t good, and English comprehension seemed limited. I asked about the bus service and got a disappointing answer.
