The location is central, with lots of cute cafées nearby, and the reception staff were friendly and incredibly helpful. Cashew Inn even let me keep the pocket WiFi they rented out for free, so I didn't have to return it to reception each time I went out. Their free laundry was great: I left clothes in a basket outside my door at 10am, and they were washed, folded, and back on my bed by afternoon. Breakfast can be brought to the room, but there wasn't a vegetarian option, so I skipped it. After my stay, I asked for a receipt and got a quick, caring reply with it attached. I had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend Cashew Inn.

The staff were so kind and wonderful, and the rooms were clean and tidy. The location was amazing, close to everything we needed. This was the best hotel we stayed at. Thanks, we'll recommend it and come back.

The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, easily the best part of the hotel. The rooms are a little dated, but clean, usable, comfortable, and nice, even if they're not luxurious. Its location is excellent, with a market nearby and hundreds of restaurants and shops within an easy walk around Bui Vien walking street. They do guests' laundry for free every day: leave clothes in the basket in front of your room, and they come back washed and folded. I didn't realize how much I'd appreciate that. I'd stay here again when I return to HCMC.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. There's free laundry service and pocket Wi-Fi rental, with markets and nightlife very close by. A really nice place to stay.

We were a bit unsure about booking because there weren't many reviews, but that seems to be because the hotel has been renovated. The staff were lovely and ready to help, and we appreciated the free laundry and drinks in the lobby. We'd happily recommend staying here.
