An and the night shift staff were excellent, helpful, attentive, friendly, and spoke good English. The location is good too, around a 5 minute ride from the night market. My room was very clean, though the toilet drain could be better, and both toilets should have shower screens.

We slept well because it was quiet at night, and Grab rides made it easy to reach the places we wanted to visit. Even the Grab drivers were very nice. Our villa had three rooms and three bathrooms, plus a washing machine and a fully equipped kitchen. The staff were warm and friendly, always greeting us politely with cheerful faces when we left or came back. The location and service are easy to recommend. There was one small problem with the water heater in my room, the temperature changed while showering 😅. Apart from that, we had a pleasant stay at Le Fleur!

After our busy time in Hanoi, this place felt cozy and restful, like home. We booked the three-bedroom option as a group, and every room had its own bathroom. There was also a small kitchen, cooking utensils we didn't end up using, and a washing machine. Everything was spotless and well maintained. The staff were incredibly helpful, with impressive hospitality and work ethic. The location was great too, an easy walk to the city center. We had a lovely stay and would recommend it to anyone visiting.

Beautiful, spotless place in a quiet spot that's still central. An stood out for how interested and caring he was, and for all the little details he paid attention to. He made it feel like home and was a great guide to Vietnamese food, language, and culture. I can't praise the customer service enough.
