Heritage Homestay

It was very quiet and peaceful, even though the old quarter is within walking distance. The breakfast was tasty and filling, and the people running the hotel were friendly and helped with anything we needed, including taxis and laundry. Our room was spacious and clean, with immaculate wooden furniture. I highly recommend this hotel.

Only seven rooms here, so the place feels spacious. It's quiet and close enough to the old quarter without being caught up in the noise, with birds chirping outside the window. The host family are super nice. They loan out bikes for free, and there's a cheap scooter rental next door. The iced coffee at breakfast is AMAZING and free.

The hotel is beautifully tiled throughout, though it did get noisy in the mornings. We also found some ants in our room, but that wasn't a problem as long as we kept all food in the fridge. Otherwise, the room was spacious and very clean, the bed and pillows were comfortable, breakfast was delicious, and the staff were polite and friendly. It's an easy walk to the city center and markets. The receptionist arranged a private driver for us to Danang airport for 250 000 VND. That was fantastic, especially since we had paid 400 000 VND for a Grab (uber) from the airport to the hotel. I'd highly recommend asking them to arrange a driver 😊

I was sure my pricey portable charger was gone after I left it charging at reception. The minivan driver wouldn't turn around, and I heard nothing after he called the homestay. But then, once we were on the sleeper bus heading south, a lovely young staff member showed up with the charger after chasing us on her scooter. Such a kind gesture. The staff were always lovely to talk to and really went the extra mile. The rooms and service were both lovely. The motorbike rental place next door is friendly and safe, and gives discounts to people staying at the homestay. The owners are friends. Don't hesitate to stay here, you won't regret it!
