We had a wonderful stay. The French-inspired hotel is beautiful, and the spot was just right, peaceful but close to everything. For our anniversary, the girls kindly upgraded our room and were very helpful. Thanks, Mark & Heather. We’d happily recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Da Lat.

I felt like royalty, or at least a prince in a castle. The pool was nice, and I swam even with the cool weather. It’s also an easy walk to Da Lat's best brewpub, where the food is fabulous.

There’s a lot to enjoy around the property, from the art and decor to the indoor and outdoor dining areas, library, pool table, and gym. The place is well managed, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. I had a pleasant stay and would keep it in mind for another visit to Da Lat.

We paid a lot and ended up at what felt like the worst hotel in Vietnam. After dinner in central Dalat, we got back at 9 PM to find every gate locked. We hadn’t been given a gate key, nobody answered the doorbell, and we were left outside in the rain. A kind man at the next hotel called twice before anyone picked up. They finally opened the gate after ten minutes. Staff explained nothing, and it’s alarming to think you couldn’t get out through the gate during a fire without them. Completely unacceptable. Don’t stay here.

The pool is a lovely extra, and the staff were kind and friendly. The building has a distinctive look and is well placed. Everything was spotless, and breakfast was amazing.
