N Queen Apartment Hotel

The bed was really comfortable, and the rooms are spacious, bright, and clean. It's a lovely little hotel within walking distance of lots of attractions. They didn't clean our room during the stay, but when we asked, they brought fresh towels right away, so it wasn't a problem.

I was charged extra beyond the room rate without being told in advance. The furniture is old and dirty, and even the door wouldn't close. The staff had a poor attitude and didn't seem professional. Think twice before booking this for a vacation. I won't come back. 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

The room/apartment was spacious, bright, quiet, and amazing. Hanh was so kind and helpful, always ready to arrange transport or tours. The place is near the lake and not too far from the center, in a quieter area that we liked. There's a great Thai restaurant right across the street. I'd definitely stay here again if I'm in Da Lat.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and there's a secure garage locked overnight, so I felt fine leaving my hire motorcycle there. There's also a lift serving every floor, including the basement. The hotel looks brand new and was spotless. Its location is good, close to the lake and Da Lat train station, with a WinMart two minutes away on foot and a good Thai restaurant opposite. Perfect.
