The people were really friendly and made the place feel homely. We had a great stay and a really nice experience, with beautiful views over a valley full of pine trees. Highly recommended.

Dust and hair were all over the room, and it didn't look properly cleaned. I asked for toilet paper, coat hangers, and clean towels. They said they'd bring them, but nothing showed up. A disappointing stay.

The room felt comfortable and cozy, and the location on 3/4 Street made it easy to find food and get around during Tet, when the street was generally busy. The square and market are also nearby if you're driving. I paid 1.2 million VND through Booking.com for a stay near Tet. Sound carried through the walls, and although there was hot water, the pressure was weak. The steep slope was hard for me to drive up, so bring a car with reliable brakes.

The owners were really nice, and my room was clean, pleasant, and had its own bathroom. I stayed on the third day of Tet, close to the city center; it was fairly quiet. Getting to the street meant climbing 70 steps if your room was on the ground floor. The hot water was unpredictable, switching from cold to scalding and then cold again 🥲.
