For what Roha Hotel charges, I expected a cleaner and more comfortable stay. The room and bedding looked worn and unclean, with nothing suggesting they had been changed recently, and I slept uncomfortably. Basic amenities were missing, and the room seemed poorly maintained. I can't recommend the hotel based on my experience.

The rooms are really dirty, and the staff don't clean properly every day unless we ask 😡😡 The service overall is the worst 😡😡 Please don't book here and waste your money on the trip.

The kitchen was disgustingly dirty, and so were the floors and bathroom. The room got cold at night. There was no hot water after 9 pm, and by 10 am there wasn't any water at all. The listing says the best room has a jacuzzi and balcony, but it had neither. The balcony also had no table or chairs. No TV remote, no air conditioning, and no heater. I really don't recommend this horrible hotel.

The staff were awesome and really friendly, and most of them speak English. They helped me with a map and suggestions for DaLat's most famous attractions, and can arrange things if you ask about the city. I rented a motorbike and explored on my own. It felt like "a home away from home". The room was clean, with comfortable beds, hot water, and toilet paper. There are tasty local restaurants all around, and it's only a 5-10 minute walk to the lake and market.

They did their best to help with our requests while I was in Dalat. Once, I got hot while sleeping at 3 AM, and they still brought a fan to my room. Really nice service.
