I paid almost 1million/night through Airbnb and was really disappointed to find the room dirty and smelly. I tried calling and texting the landlord to confirm, but still haven't heard back. I'll upload some photos of the room.

The view was lovely, and the staff were helpful. The room itself was a mess: the floor and room were the dirtiest I've experienced in Vietnam, the ceiling had water damage, and the shower heater barely produced any hot water. There were insects coming up from the drains too. The bedding and room smelled mouldy, and the urine smell remained even after we asked for the bathroom to be cleaned, though that helped somewhat. Tea tree oil was used to cover the mould and keep bugs away, but neither the smell nor the insects were under control.
