It seemed like a sweet family-run hotel, and the service was very good. Even though the rooms weren't soundproof, I was comfortable during my stay. Reception was happy to help whenever I needed something. I'd stay again for the location.

The room was simple, clean, and tidy. The owner and their family were so friendly and helpful that during our stay we felt like part of the family. It's a family-run business.

The Da Lat night market is close by, and Nha Chung street is nearby too, with lots of places to eat.

They showed the property as available, but when I got there they said it was fully booked. I paid for a week and they still haven't refunded me, and continue to refuse.

The room was clean and tidy, with a nice view of the lake. The hosts were very friendly and helpful, and made us feel like family.
