BEWARE!!! I booked and paid through Agoda last month, then messaged the property and got no response, which felt suspicious. When we reached the exact location, we couldn't find the place. Staff at a different hotel told us it was a scam. I guess it isn't operating anymore. It was a huge hassle after traveling all the way from another country, and the refund is taking too long. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else!

The rooms are very clean, and the home is beautiful with a friendly host. It’s an easy walk to the night market in the evening. A reasonable pick if you want to stay in the center.

I’m not sure whether it was the staff member or the owner, but the attitude was really odd. They saw that we were Vietnamese, smirked, then went upstairs without a word. Even if they hadn’t received our app booking, they should’ve told us beforehand. Leaving guests waiting 30-45 minutes early in the morning, then going upstairs to sleep, is unacceptable. If the homestay doesn’t want guests, they should say so on the booking so people can avoid the hassle.

The place was neat and clean, and the staff were enthusiastic. I rented a new AB motorbike for 120k, which seemed like a reasonable price.
