UPDATE, as of 28/1/26 the owner is refusing to refund me because I left bad reviews. Stay away. I lasted about two hours in room 2B. The property looked nothing like the photos, and Booking.com should be ashamed that the pictures aren't verified. There was black mold all over, especially in the bathroom and kitchen, and the place was in disrepair. The mold was affecting my girlfriend's breathing, so we left. The owner refused a refund and then ghosted me. Booking.com was no help either. Now I'll wait for the owner to make up a story to defend how little care they show for the property and guests. Here it comes...

A cozy, quiet apartment just a few minutes' walk from the beach. There are lots of restaurants and massage shops nearby, plus electric scooter rentals and plenty to do. The staff are lovely and really helpful. Five stars.

I spent several months living in Vietnam, and to me this is the best place in all of Asia. Da Nang is a cool, comfortable city by the ocean, and Blue Sea Apartment Danang is my favorite place to stay there. It's on a quiet street with smiling neighbors, tasty coffee shops, and a farmer's market nearby. On hot days, the rooftop pool is a nice spot. The staff are very friendly, and the neighbors are interesting. Come, you won't regret it.

The beach is only a short walk from Blue Sea Apartment Danang, which made it easy to enjoy the area. I had a comfortable, relaxing stay and liked my time here. A convenient and pleasant option near the beach, and I'd recommend it.
