Allegro Hoi An. A Little Luxury Hotel & Spa

Min made a real difference to our trip, offering thoughtful advice, helping us time activities, and booking tickets. That kind of personal service felt sincere and was far beyond what we expected. The team was warm and attentive throughout, easily five-star service for a four-star hotel. Agello Hoi An itself is beautifully renovated, with an elegant, nostalgic old-world Hoi An feel and careful design throughout. The rooms were so comfortable we didn’t want to leave, and breakfast was a wonderful spread that set us up for exploring each day. We’ll absolutely be back.

Sophie took care of our plans, reservations, and recommendations, so we could relax and make the most of our time in Hoi An. Her suggestions were spot on, and she was so welcoming that Allegro felt like a happy home. Everyone was cheerful and friendly, from the restaurant staff to the young man who lent us bikes and towels. We were greeted warmly every morning and whenever we returned. The hotel is beautifully decorated and spotless, with outstanding breakfast. I have celiac disease, and they marked many dishes gluten-free, then brought a selection of breads and dessert to my table. We spent three nights here in late January and would happily stay again. The location near the old town made it easy to get to the river, tailors, restaurants, and activities. Staff were friendly and helpful, and breakfast was yummy. The pool looked beautiful, though we were too busy exploring to use it. Our room was good, but the bed wasn’t the most comfortable, so that’s why I wouldn’t give the room five stars. Still, it was great value.

Nancy took such thoughtful care of us, always checking that we had what we needed and helping us feel comfortable. The whole team made the hotel feel like a home away from home. Our room was relaxing, comfortable, and beautifully decorated, and the hotel had all the amenities we wanted. Breakfast was a highlight, with local and international choices and excellent coffee. The staff also made it easy to plan visits, decide where to shop, and arrange taxis. We felt genuinely cared for and would highly recommend Hotel Allegro Hoi An.
