Amis Hotel&Apartment-50m to My Khe Beach

For a long stay, our experience got worse over the few months we were here. Cleaning was included in the monthly fee, but the work was consistently poor. On several occasions, personal items went missing after cleaning, which made us very uncomfortable. They didn’t provide basic things like towels, so we had to buy our own. The Wi-Fi cut out frequently, making it hard to work or depend on day to day. We also had visible mold, peeling paint, and other maintenance problems that were never properly dealt with. Although the apartment was advertised as having a kitchen, there were no basic supplies, which made living there inconvenient. Management asked for photos of our passports repeatedly, even though we had already provided the documents and nothing had changed. They never gave a clear explanation, and it felt unnecessary and uncomfortable. Communication became difficult during our final month, especially over billing and early checkout, even though we had always arranged our stay by the month. This might be fine for a short visit, but based on what we experienced, I wouldn’t recommend it for long-term accommodation.
