Bonsai Villa Hoi An

The bonsais were a lovely sight, and the pond's big fish, sun loungers, and pool made it easy to relax. We had a street-facing balcony room, so roosters woke us up and it got a little loud in the morning, but I didn't mind. Beds were comfortable, rooms spacious, and washrooms nice. They cleaned our room daily and left two bottles of water each day. The area around Bon Sai Villa is nice and quiet, away from the main strip. The bridge to the main part of Hoi An can be hectic to cross if you're not particularly able-bodied, but the villa can arrange a ride into town. Breakfast was included and very tasty. Order the night before at reception and it was ready shortly after we sat down. The owner was extremely kind, helped us with transfers, and was a sweetheart. We'd definitely stay again.

Autumn was a very attentive hostess and made sure we were comfortable. When we had an early morning tour, she packed us a delicious breakfast even though it was outside the usual breakfast hours. The villa has a calm setting within walking distance of the old town. Everyone working there was really friendly, and the atmosphere felt personal and relaxed. We had a great stay and would definitely come back to Hoi An.

The atmosphere at Bonsai Villa was peaceful, and the hospitality felt genuinely warm. Everyone treated me like family, and the staff were kind, welcoming, and ready to help throughout my stay. The food was delicious and served with care. You can tell they take pride in it. I'm grateful for all their support and kindness. Highly recommend it for a relaxing, welcoming stay.

The hosts did everything they could to make us comfortable, and we'll definitely come back. The hotel sits on a peaceful island just a short walk from the old town. With bonsai trees and koi carp around, it felt like a calm little oasis.
