The room was clean and comfortable, the area quiet, and the price good for our two-night stay in this new hotel. The beach is a bit of a walk away, though. What really spoiled things was reception trying to charge us extra for the motorbike rental. That left a bad final impression. They seemed too focused on squeezing out more money, and lost two customers.

The price is low and the room is large, so don’t expect five-star service. The toilet was reasonably clean, though there were stains on the room wall where I stayed on level 2. The cups and utensils were stained too.
