The room had a small kitchen stocked with the basics, but there were no windows and it felt stuffy. We stayed a week and never got housekeeping. Bring your own supplies or buy what you need at the local markets. I wouldn’t recommend it.

I spent a week in this lovely new apartment in An Thuong. It was clean, comfortable, and had a fresh, cozy design. The beach, coffee shops, restaurants, and spas are all an easy walk away. The street gets a little lively in the evenings, but it didn’t bother me. I’d stay again when I’m back in Da Nang 🤩

I can’t say enough good things about Mireva. The apartment is modern, new, and very clean, with especially comfortable beds and pillows. There’s a washer, fridge, and microwave, and the location is right where you want to be. Great quality for the price. Highly recommend!

I’m still staying here, and the host eventually offered several ways to deal with the construction: moving me to a higher floor away from the shared wall, transferring me to another property they manage, or refunding the rest through Airbnb. They became very helpful and accommodating, so I’ve raised my score from 1 to 3 stars. I’m on the fifth floor now. It’s quieter than the third, but the construction is still clearly audible. I think this place could be great once the work is finished. The noise is from construction right beside the building, with brickwork, hammering, and drilling against the wall. It started at 7 a.m. and used to run until 5 or 6 p.m. on weekdays. Then they began working on weekends too, so there were no quiet days. I needed an aspirin from the headache. The room itself is small and modern, but has no window, so you can’t tell what time it is unless the hammering starts. I booked through Airbnb and initially couldn’t get a reply from the host. I’m booked for the rest of my time in Da Nang, unfortunately. From what I found while checking nearby walkable hotels, construction noise seems common around here. Some places may not have a site right next door, but older buildings with poorer insulation can let the noise through loudly too.
