Century Hotel Danang

My room was just what I hoped for, spacious and large, with a lovely view. The hotel is well located too, near the beach and a short distance from the night market. The staff were incredibly kind, quick, and helpful. Their service really made the stay. A special thank you to Ms. Sunny for being professional and warm, creating such a nice atmosphere, and helping me throughout my visit.

The rooftop pool was a real treat, especially when I timed it so I had it to myself. The staff were friendly and professional throughout, and Sunny deserves a special mention for always being welcoming and happy to chat with guests. She's a credit to the hotel. I stayed at Century Hotel for my last three days in Da Nang, after a 17-day trip, and wished I'd booked longer. It's an easy walk to the beach, with plenty of restaurants, spas, coffee shops, and minimarts nearby. My deluxe room had a balcony and was clean, spacious, and well equipped. The balcony faced the back of the property, mostly rooftops, so the view wasn't much. A table and chairs out there would make it more useful. The mattress was hard, as other guests have mentioned, but after nearly 30 years living in Asia, I actually prefer that. The daily rate was great value and included breakfast. It was mostly Asian food that changed each day, with the usual egg and noodle stations, and I found it ample and a good start to the day. I recommend the hotel highly and would stay again on another visit. I've been to Da Nang six times, and this was one of my best hotel stays there.

The staff were my favorite part, always greeting us with a smile and doing what they could to make things easier. The rooms were big and clean, with a modern bathroom, and there's a large TV and a clean pool upstairs on the top floor. We spent three nights here over New Year's and had a lovely stay. The welcome was warm from the moment we arrived. Staff came outside to help with our luggage, which we appreciated after traveling.
