Dana Marina Boutique Hotel

Our room was upgraded, so we had quite a view, and we had a great stay. Suy was the receptionist while we were there, and he was attentive and helped with nearly everything we needed. Shoutout to you, Suy! We won’t forget you, haha. Maybe you remember telling me, “I think your girlfriend has a problem with her brain.” We had a good laugh about that since my girlfriend kept forgetting things. Sorry for the trouble, Suy.

The room was clean, the water pressure was good, and the location is good, just down from the beach. Staff were friendly, professional, and easy to communicate with. My only issue was the thin doors. Noisy, inconsiderate neighbors in the hallway can be disturbing.

The key cards were in terrible shape. My first one was damaged and wouldn’t work, but I still had to pay for a replacement. The second card was even older, cracked, and covered in peeling adhesive tape. Why keep using cards that are this broken and worn? They should have been replaced long ago.

The staff were very rude and unhelpful. At night, nobody answered the phone, whether I called reception, housekeeping, or anywhere else. The rooms are also very small. They weren’t cooperative in any situation, at any time. I’d say don’t book this hotel.
