The staff were extremely kind and helpful, so five stars for them. I stayed in the premium studio, but the AC fan blew straight at the bed. Turning it off made the room warm, and I slept badly all night. I woke with a sore throat that turned into a cold. Breakfast was disappointing apart from the eggs, which they’ll make in different styles. The rest felt bleak, and the orange juice seemed to be powder or concentrate. If you’re vegetarian, vegan, or have an intolerance, I wouldn’t count on finding much there. The location also felt a little far from the fun parts of town, so we had to Grab to get anywhere interesting. For the price, it’s a good place to crash if those things don’t bother you.

The staff were super helpful, and I really appreciated how quickly they responded when the fire alarm went off because another guest wasn’t very good at cooking. The rooms have wood on the walls, which I liked. There’s a small, clean pool, a mini sauna that’s nice on colder days, and a small but clean gym. It’s a very good place, and I really recommend it.

A quiet street, a spacious room with a kitchen area and sofa, and helpful staff made this good value for me. They sent me a WhatsApp guide to local restaurants and other things, pointed me to a good motorbike rental spot around the corner, and even stored my motorbike in the foyer at night. The breakfast was lacking, but included breakfast isn’t important to me since I’d rather go out. I’d recommend staying here.

The room was nicely prepared and had good amenities, and the hotel was clean and pleasant. Rose, Jenny and Sunny gave us brilliant service. They helped arrange taxis and fill out forms, and were happy to offer advice and suggestions.

I loved the free sauna and rooftop pool. The rooms are nice, and the people working here are kind and good at their jobs. The neighborhood has some construction and underdeveloped areas, but it still felt safe and interesting.
