Dylan Hotel Danang

The rooftop pool was a real plus, with a lovely sea view. We had a wonderful stay at Dylon, and the rooms were comfortable with all the essential amenities. A great option for a visit to Da Nang.

The room looked much uglier than it did online and smelled of mold. There were no windows unless you paid extra, which felt absurd for a four-star hotel. I found the bed awful, the shower never got properly hot, and the whole room felt like a jail cell. Staff weren't helpful when we raised the problems. The TV was tiny and didn't work. Its batteries were dead and misshapen, and I had to find just the right spot in the room to get the remote to respond. A renovation in 2024 with a TV that looked like it came from the '90s is ridiculous. This was gross and completely unacceptable. Save your money and stay somewhere else.

On a tight budget, it could work if all you need is somewhere to sleep. The basics are there, but the walls are thin and noise carries. The pool's there, lol. I wouldn't think of it as a place to hang around.

It's cheap, but you can find somewhere much nicer in Da Nang for the same price. The beds were so uncomfortable they ruined my back, and they have bed bugs. The whole hotel was far dirtier than the pictures suggested. There was a horrible moldy smell on every floor, including in the lift. With barely any ventilation, the place smelled stale, especially the restaurant, like old food and mold. The rooftop pool seemed okay, but given how dirty the hotel was, I didn't want to swim in it.
