We lived in this apartment for a whole year, and it worked really well for us. The owner is always helpful with any apartment issues, and you can buy drinking water from him cheaply or rent bikes. There's a pool and a rooftop terrace where you can spend time with friends. It's also within walking distance of a good beach and shops, and pets are allowed. The neighbors are quiet, mostly Europeans. Cleaning happens once a week, including washing the bed linen and towels and cleaning the floors.

The apartment is spacious, around 45sqm, with a balcony, and it's bright and clean. It's in a convenient spot on a quiet street, and the family managing it is very nice and answers any questions. Everything in the house is very clean, which matters a lot to me, and I never had any problems during my stay. There's a clean pool and a good city view on the rooftop. You can get water or rent a motorbike on the ground floor. I'll be back.

We rented room 8B on the 8th floor at Hana Apartments & Hotel from April 1st to June 1st 2025, and it felt like a cozy home away from home. The owners were friendly and helpful, with good tips on food and things to do around Da Nang. Our room was a good size for two, with everything working well, from the TV and refrigerator to the ice cold AC. The bathroom was spacious too. When anything needed maintenance, they fixed it the same day or the next. Highly recommend it for the location, value, and cleanliness. 5*.

The owner/manager is cool, and the room has all the necessities. I was lucky to find a room of this quality at such a good price. If you see one available, book immediately. That price for the quality is rare, and you won't regret it.

For my 6-month business trip to Da Nang, I rented an apartment here. It sits in a quiet area fairly close to the beach. There's a nice bedroom with a balcony and big window, plus a small kitchen where I could cook hot meals. The host is a kind, responsible young man. Everything was ok.
