Hoi An Garden Villas

The rooms at Flowergarden Homestay are great, but Mimi and her staff are what made the place special for us. They were kind, friendly, efficient and ready to help with any question. Nothing seemed like too much trouble, and they were always available. That care gives the homestay a lovely family feeling where everyone feels at home. Of all the many places we've stayed during our time in Vietnam, this is the best in our opinion.

The only thing that disturbed our stay was the sound of power tools in the mornings, like an electric drill. It made sleeping in difficult. Even so, we'd still recommend the place. The room was modern, comfortable and nicely located if you prefer to be a little away from the busy tourist area. There are some good, relatively cheap local food spots nearby, especially compared with the night market options. Staff were friendly and helpful, towels were replaced daily, and we got small bottles of water each day for free.

The staff were really nice and helpful, and the room was very clean, with air conditioning, a fairly spacious bathroom and a comfortable bed. Nights were wonderfully quiet. It's a pleasant 15-minute walk from the Old Quarter. I would've given five stars if there'd been free bike rental, which many places offer, and a less limited breakfast.

We stayed for a week and really liked the place. The room was comfortable, cleaned daily, and they changed the towels every day too. Anh, the manager, was kind and super helpful. It takes about 10-15 minutes to walk to the center, so it's quiet but still close enough. Really recommend this place. It's comfortable and clean, a great price, and the manager is lovely and helps with whatever you need.
