Tashi Hotel

I spent a month here just before Christmas while getting dental treatment, and it started to feel like home. The rooms stayed clean, spacious, and well maintained the whole time. The staff were the reason I felt so comfortable, always friendly and welcoming, and they helped sort out anything that came up. The location is close to amenities, yet quiet enough at night to relax after days of sightseeing. This is a late review, but I’m going back around March and will book here again. I expect to keep staying here whenever I visit Vietnam.

The pool felt very private, with staff drawing the curtains whenever guests were using it. The team were friendly and helpful throughout, and the space is good value for the money. Tashi Oasis has a lot of greenery that makes it feel like a relaxing little oasis in the coastal city. Our room was clean and roomy, with a particularly large, airy balcony. There was a big dining table for two and a modern kitchen with everything needed for cooking. We’d definitely return.

The location is good, the pool area is nice, and the staff are friendly. Our room was okay, but it needed a deep clean. There were stains and marks on the dining table, mugs, bathtub, and walls, plus mould in the bathroom. The cleaning team sometimes missed the coffee, tea, or face washers. We weren’t given a cloth or dish soap, and reception said the cleaners wash the dishes. The dishes in the drawers were still wet and smelled. The AC leaked on the first day. Reception and maintenance fixed it quickly and brought us a fan in the meantime. There wasn’t a table or chairs on the balcony. There’s room for improvement.

The beds were so comfortable, the rooms were lovely, and the staff were amazing. Great location too. I’ll definitely be back 🙂
