The staff made our 10-day family stay at the Hoi An Odyssey Hotel so easy, and they were incredibly kind with our two-year-old daughter. They accommodated every room change we asked for, did our washing at very reasonable rates, and shared great tips for places to visit around town. We’re so grateful for the care they gave us. Our family room looked out over the mountains and river, and the beautiful pool was open most of the day and stayed warm. One end was deep enough to dive into, while the other had a wide step where our daughter could walk around safely. With a sleeping bub, we used room service quite a bit. The food was very decent, portions were good, and there was a wide choice for much of the day. Breakfast was another highlight, with different local dishes each day and plenty of western options like cakes, bread, and fruit. Tea and coffee were included and very nice. We often paid a fair price for specialty coffees too.

Anh was lovely and gave us good ideas for things to do and places to go. All the staff were welcoming, and we had a memorable time in Hoi an. The hotel has charm, even if the facilities aren’t anything amazing. Prices were great value, while breakfast was just average. We really enjoyed our stay.

The hotel sits in a quiet part of Hoi An, yet the city center is still close by, so it’s a nice place to unwind. The property feels cared for and welcoming, and the rooms are clean, spacious, and well maintained. The bicycles are a great perk. I’d recommend using them to get around easily and enjoyably. The staff were always kind and ready to help. Jessie deserves a special mention: she was lovely, always smiling, eager to assist, and had a great sense of humor that made the stay even better. I had a wonderful time here and highly recommend the hotel.

The staff were so welcoming and helpful, which really made our stay special. Our room was beautiful, and the balcony view was a big bonus. Breakfast was good each morning too. The place is in a lovely area, just a short walk from the Old Quarter. Highly recommend!

The staff were the best part of our time here. Their suggestions helped us get the most out of Hoi An, and the Memorial show is a must see. Breakfast was tasty with plenty of variety. Getting to the city centre is easy on foot, by bike, or by renting a motorbike, and bicycles are always available and well maintained. The neighborhood is quiet and relaxing at night. We had a wonderful time in Vietnam!
