Light Sky Homestay

The hosts were friendly, and the place is in a quieter part of the city, about a 10-minute walk from the Ancient Town. Our room was huge, with plenty of space and a good-sized bathroom. The bed was comfortable and the shower was nice.

Our room was cleaned every day, and the whole place was spotless. It was enormous and nicely laid out, with a fridge and air conditioning, and incredible value for money. The location was just right: quiet, with shops and restaurants nearby, and an easy five-minute walk to the ancient town. The owner helped us arrange bicycles, a scooter, and laundry. When we asked to add a night, she agreed even though it was Tet and she had planned to close the Guesthouse then. One awkward moment on arrival: after a long journey, tired and wanting to rest, we had to spend a long time listening to the owner's sister insist that we visit the family tailor shop. We were polite and chatted until our room was ready, but it wasn't a great start. We never did go to the tailors with her.

The owners were wonderful and gave us lots of helpful information and guidance. When I got sick, they even picked up some takeaway food for me. We had a very lovely family stay here. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the Japanese bridge of hoi an is just a short 5-10 minute walk away. We really enjoyed it :)

The host is really friendly and can arrange transport at a cheap price. This homestay is close to a few well-known places to eat, including banh mi phi, banh mi queen and cau lau, and it isn’t far from the ancient town. The room was big and clean, with a comfy bed.
