The hotel itself was clean and nice, and the staff were friendly, but the laundry ruined our clothes. They admitted it was their fault, yet the owner refused to offer compensation. She didn't come in person, and we could only speak with her by phone. She said it was the staff's fault and that she'd deduct the cost from their pay. That felt mean and unprofessional, especially since the business also earns money from laundry but takes no responsibility. I hope the business goes bankrupt so she learns how to run it properly and the staff can find a good employer. Be wary of hotels run by an unprofessional owner like this. Staff seem to change often because of her attitude, so you never know what level of service you'll get.

I'm really disappointed. I had booked and paid a deposit for two rooms for my family, but the next day they called to say they'd given the rooms to other people and canceled my reservation. I booked and paid before those guests, so this is ridiculous. You've been warned.

I stayed here for more than a month during the Corona outbreak and couldn't find anything to complain about. Prices were fair, the rooms were large and comfortable, and the WiFi was good. The owner always went the extra mile to handle whatever I asked for.
