We spent 19 days at this family apartment hotel and were very, very happy with our stay. Its location is excellent, near the old town, the market, and other places. The owner and the whole family were extremely kind and helpful, and they gave great tips, like where to find a good barber, massage services, or a good tailor. Ali & Atefe

The owners are lovely, and their little dog is too. It’s a quiet spot about a 10-minute walk from Old Town in Hoi An, and the price is really affordable. There’s a kitchen area outside the room with a hob, plus your own mini fridge, and free bikes to use. I’d definitely stay again, though the room doesn’t look like the photos in the listing.

Oscar Villa turned out to be better than I expected after my homestay booking was cancelled at the last minute over New Year's. I was travelling alone and managed to get a spacious, clean family room with a balcony, which was available then. The owners were kind and accommodating, and they lent me a bicycle so I could explore the city. One small downside, common in Vietnamese cities, was the noise from music at a large bar. Thank you!
