It's a small, six-story building, and for a Vietnamese hotel under $30, breakfast was enough if you get up early. Wi-Fi could be slow in a corner room. The doors closing can be noisy, so earplugs are a good idea. The location is very convenient for restaurants and massage shops, and you can book local tours at reception.
