Pho Hoi Riverside Resort

We felt so welcome at Moire Hoi An. We’re from Israel and have particular food preferences, so we avoid many kinds of food. The staff were patient and thoughtful, and found creative ways to make every meal work for us. The personal attention, hospitality, and lovely design made the stay feel special. The hotel is elegant and full of character, with a peaceful atmosphere and easy access to the Ancient Town. Hoi An was one of the best parts of our trip, and this hotel added a lot to it. Our room and bedding stayed spotless throughout our three-night visit, which meant a lot to me because I’m very particular about cleanliness. We did wish there had been kids’ programs, but everything else was wonderful. Prim looked after my six-year-old so warmly, from our first day at the Sunset Cruise on May 22nd to seeing him again at the pool bar and Bistro Julien during breakfast over the next two days. His real kindness made the trip special. I’m also grateful to Duyen at Yellow Bicycle. Her bright smile gave us such a lovely impression of Vietnam, and we’ll remember it for a long time. This was our first visit to Vietnam, and our family usually vacations in Thailand, but we fell in love with this place and want to come back to Moire Vignette Hoian soon. Next time I’ll bring my husband so all of us can enjoy it together. Thanks to the team for memories we won’t forget. We can’t wait to return.

The location across the river from the Old Town made getting around easy. We made it to dinner at Yellow Bicycle three times because we enjoyed it so much, and Duyen gave us excellent service there. Breakfast was a real highlight too, with a generous spread of Vietnamese dishes. The pool was well appointed, and I used the free bicycles to explore the pedestrian-friendly islands. We had a great time at Moire Hoi An, and the service and amenities were excellent.

I was glad I took the boat tour the front desk suggested. It was well organized, and Rin, our host, was friendly, enthusiastic, and proactive. He made a good cocktail and took great photos, so the trip became one of the highlights of my time in Hoi An. I’ve also been enjoying the hotel itself. My room is clean and comfortable, the location is perfect, and all the staff make a real effort to help guests feel welcome.
