I’d avoid this hotel. Check-out was a very bad experience: the reception staff were aggressive and unprofessional, and I was asked to pay extra fees that felt abusive. The room was extremely noisy. The air conditioning made a huge racket and didn’t work properly, and shouting from the neighbors made it impossible to sleep well. The pool is tiny and was always full of screaming children. Breakfast didn’t appeal to me at all, so I didn’t go during my stay. I absolutely can’t recommend this hotel.

6/10
The welcoming, smiling staff were friendly, and the cleaning was done daily to a high standard. No complaints there. The rest felt far below four-star level, more like a very tired three-star hotel, and hardly worth the money. The pool was small, dirty, and poorly kept, with only two loungers and no shade. The lounge was tiny and run-down. Our room was okay, but the linens were stained and not white, the shower hanger was broken, and the air conditioning was very noisy. Breakfast was disappointing too.
